By accessing or using ContractSafe ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

ContractSafe is an AI-powered contract analysis tool that provides:

• Automated contract risk assessment and scoring
• Clause-by-clause analysis and explanations
• Red flag detection and recommendations
• Plain English summaries of legal terms

3. NOT LEGAL ADVICE

4. Account Registration

To use certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload contracts you don't have the right to share
• Use the Service for illegal purposes
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the Service
• Share your account with others
• Upload malicious files or code
• Exceed your plan's usage limits through automated means

6. Usage Limits

Each plan has a monthly limit on contract analyses. Limits reset on the first of each month. Unused analyses do not roll over. Upgrading your plan takes effect immediately.

• Free: 3 analyses per month
• Pro ($29/mo): 20 analyses per month
• Business ($79/mo): 100 analyses per month
• Enterprise: Unlimited (contact for pricing)

7. Pricing and Payment

• Paid plans are billed monthly in advance
• Payments are processed securely via Stripe
• Prices may change with 30 days notice
• No refunds for partial months

8. Your Content

You retain ownership of contracts you upload. By uploading, you grant us a limited license to process your documents for the purpose of providing analysis. We do not claim ownership of your content.

9. AI Limitations

Our AI analysis may contain errors, inaccuracies, or omissions. AI technology is not perfect and should be used as one input among many when evaluating contracts. You acknowledge that:

• Results may vary based on document quality and format
• Complex or unusual clauses may be misinterpreted
• The AI cannot consider external context you may have
• Analysis does not account for jurisdiction-specific laws

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR USEFULNESS OF ANY ANALYSIS. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

11. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL ALTRAMIND BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AltraMind from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, including decisions made based on our analysis.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease. You may request deletion of your data.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the European Union. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Germany.
